Since its founding, Furuya Metal Co., Ltd. has been guided by the corporate philosophy of “Contributing to the advancement of science and technology and to the prosperity of society.” The company has devoted itself to developing technologies centered on iridium and ruthenium, platinum-group precious metals that are both rare and technically challenging to process.
Through our ongoing commitment to meeting evolving customer expectations and market needs amid rapid scientific, technological, and societal progress, Furuya Metal’s products and services have become indispensable across multiple industries. Our high-performance precious metal components support smartphone manufacturing and medical cancer-diagnostic equipment, while our materials for magnetic recording media, semiconductor temperature sensors, OLED catalysts and compounds, and precious metal recycling technologies contribute directly to the advancement of the digital society, environmental protection, and energy conservation.
